Edit: guys I only know it gives advantage to players with high ping but how does it work?

Abusing high ping, apparently if you have high ping, u see ur opponents faster than they see u when u peek. So u can react faster and shoot them before they shoot u. Xantares is the player that created this technic or atleast made it popular.
Basically what SMB did in Stage 3 EMEA Playoffs

No, actually its more like just crouching prefiring the common CT side spots/angles when you are on T. You can also do it if you wanna push somewhere, just crouch and prefire the angles you think enemy can stay at. It has nothing to do with ping, high ping can make it a little bit easier sometimes but it is not abusing high ping at all,
