I think Jett, because she can just dash away if she misses or something, Reyna cant really get out unless she gets a kill to use her orbs.

Jett cuz Reyna needs kills for he stuff to work and if it's just a 1v1 then her soul orbs don't matter.

Reyna if she ult you know you are dead in game

jett has more utility to use in a 1v1 like her dash and updraft and smoke, while reyna can literally only use 1 ability against jett in a 1v1 which is her leer, all of reynas abilities ride on the fact that there is atleast 2 or more people on the enemy team and if she can get a kill, so basically in a 1v1 reyna is just a normal girl with a gun fighting against a girl who can fly and throw smokes
