The Chinese Valorant scene.

I know for a fact that China has not yet released Valorant officially yet Riot is still in talks about getting the game released.

However, they have 2 slots for APAC LCQ giving them the same amount of priority as the Korea and Japan regions and more important than the SA region.

Anybody who can share how really is the scene in China? Some teams that are really good? Any players to watch out for? Can I watch their matches as a non-native, if so where can I do so?

How do you compare China to other Regions in LCQ that are KR, JP, SEA, and SA?

PS - please don't tell me those old stories about how China dominates other games or something similar. We have seen enough instances that history in CSGO really does not matter in the Valo scene.
1) NA arguably has more teams at the top than EU. While EU was and is still dominant in CS.
2) Korea was almost non-existent in CSGO and from there they are the third-best region without doubt and arguably as good as the EMEA region.
3) CSGO outcasts can dominate in Valorant.
4) South Asia had a dead CSGO scene and from that state, there are 4 threads posted on this site every day about the region (Be it for the good or bad).

Can we have comparisons that can be made by analyzing their strats, aim, executes etc, and not their past.

None of the teams are that good. But Totoro Gaming is probably the only decent team.

Of course history in csgo doesnt matter, csgo has like 5 players in asia

Asia should become like EMEA. China+KR+JP+SEA+INDIA and BRASIL SHOULD BE PART OF LATAM.

Nah man, I agree with brazil and latam, they have similiar fanbases and putting them together would be smart. But the asian regions have completly different fanbases. If u put them all together u will lose so many fans because for example japanese teams wont make it far. But yeah south america as a whole region with 3 slots would be nice

So? They have to play better then, how are we supposed to give a chance to every country in the world if we don't mix countries together on qualifiers finals? Champions will end up having 50 teams. Countries near to each other, that can play each other without high ping, should decide the spot between them.

Champions will have 50 teams????
Also dude mixing all those country makes 0 sense. Ur just gonna kill the whole asian scene expect for 2 countries. Riot knows how to handle an epsorts and will never even come close to the idea of putting whole of asia together. Its questionable if they will even keep EMEA or put south amerika together. Imo its doubtful

I may have written everything wrong the first time. Corrected myself, but I think you got what I was trying to say and you desagree, ok, it' your point of view. I just think we can't please everyone, by doing that Champions will have too many teams or some regions/countries won't be given a chance, and that's just not fair. See how India doesn't have VCT nor spots? Is that fair for you? Africa? Oceania? Central-America?

I think kinda the opposite. Let China KR JP stay independent, however, split up the EMEA region.

African players are frequently complaining about ping cause there are no servers in their countries (or even nearby countries).

Turkish and other minor regions are good enough if LATAM gets its own slot, they can get it too.

Yeah many africans play on Mumbai servers with 150ms ping, feel sad for them

also in Bahrain servers and EU servers. I feel sad for them.

Splitting region instead of combining will leave lots of countries out of Champions, it's just unfair. Meritocracy wise feels more right to me.

I remember a Chinese team almost broke Vision strikers winstreak, so that was pretty neat

I don't quite understand 2) point when being 3rd considering the regions you're competing against (in 2nd stage, not fully developed) doesn't make you good, but rather less bad. It's a bit pointless to determine anything based on that yet
Also the format had its role too. 4) kinda irrelevant too

China never had any ounce of influence in CS, the chances they make an influence in Valorant is just as low. Only team I think can contend every year in China is Tyloo Gaming if they entered Val again

Totoro, EDG, TOE, KONE are very good
RNG who almost beat Vision Strikers went back to crossfire hd or other players joined new teams
the "TenZ" of China is ZMJJKK, who played for CBT Gaming and made it to the SEA Challengers Finals along with Taiwanese teammates
Overall they're not amazing but they aren't shit either
Today's matches and the rest of the event will be streamed both on Twitch and Youtube

Valorant owned by RIOT
RIOT owned by Tencent
Tencent based is in China
And Tencent is top 10 company in China

What do you think when RIOT don't give spot to China?
At this point you should know that it isn't about the scene at all,
