why does a guy like dummy who has 0 coaching experience get to walk on and be their head coach after only being with the team for a few weeks and is only there bc the players know of him, SURELY they have learned from their mistakes after losing so much

Dummy already has alot of exposure in tournaments and sht if you see his achievements, but kicking warbirds was kinda weird since he did so well at managing this nepo org
