For fs just because SMB is successful doesnt mean every region thats behind the other regions should make a superteam. SMB is successful because of paura, he is an insane igl and has a lot of experience (won first strike EU and got 2nd place in EU masters 1).
I am Especially talking about brazillians because they say SMB worked we should make a superteam too but it wont work, there is no brazilian player thats a very good igl with Top tier experience as I know. SMB couldnt even beat FPX if they didnt have paura.
also finding an org to create a superteam also is not easy. SMB did it because SMB’s thing as an org is literally creating superteams, thats why they exist.
Also chemistry is very important and SMB already knew each other, at least 2-3 of them, paura and Turko knew each other for a long time.
If superteams worked everytime then why are the top tier orgs not just creating superteams?
Also everyone is calling SMB a superteam but they got Izzy and Brave from tier 2 teams. I mean we can say Izzy had experience in CS but he was tier 2-3 in CS and tier 2 in valorant. Turko russ and paura was known but it wasnt exactly a superteam.
Also a lot of superteams failed before in every game and it was a waste of money for orgs

that wasn't a superteam tbh, they spent a lot of money but W0xic was washed/not motivated, Alex had never proved himself away from Zywoo, Es3tag had some success and was WAY overpaid, and then the two NA boys weren't top tier(based on international comp).
I think superteams work better when they aren't international which is what most people are suggesting for Valorant.
