to be fair, emea gets 4 spots, more than all other regions

Thats one reason I can maybe get behind the decision but I feel like if riot doesnt seed the groups well it could be bad, like seeing G2 and gambit play twice to make it out of the groups when we already saw them in EMEA I guess it comes down to how riot handles it
