Can some genius explain to me the reasoning, that the loser of G2/OXG & FPX/SMB will have to play an elimination BO3 later today. Instead why don't the other teams, that have had a day to wait playing their BO3? Why do they play on the 15th?

Am I hallucinating or is this indeed the case?

Competitive integrity. You can't move around other teams pre-scheduled games simply because these teams had issues and had to postpone their matches. This might not seem fair but changing things around also wouldn't be fair to Guild/Fireflux/Navi/Giants.

That makes sense to me, given that the other games were scheduled for the 15th, but couldn't both sets be streamed for tomorrow? They streamed four matches in the first day, for example.

It seems strange, that they can in the name of prespecified scheduling create an imbalanced situation for one set of the teams(which was out of the teams control), considering how important prep and anti-stratting is in this game. If competitive integrity is at the heart of this, rescheduling should not be an issue, as it was seemingly not an issue for today.

Its elimination games and qualification game exclusively now (besides upper finals) they want to have evry game streamed at a different time so some fans can watch all the games

Also they want to keep them to the mainstream because production is better

How would that change anything I suggested? All the games would be streamed on the same channels, the only difference being the day.

Instead of having them jump straight into the losers bracket and playing an elimination game on the same day, they could play it tomorrow four games on the same day two per channel, just like the first day. This would be the best way to preserve integrity. My question is: What is the barrier?

I think at the end of the day, it can only be answered by a tournament official. I just figured, if there's something obvious I missed, someone would point it out, but alas there seems to not be.

Ye but they most likely want to have it on the main channel with more quality. Yesterday the game between gambit and guild had very low production quality. I was gonna watch the match but it wasnt fun
