I have been considering purchasing a middle/high-end PC, primarily for gaming and coding purposes. Because VAL will be the main game I play in general, and I need a good setup for it, I am open to any advice and recommendations for CPU, GPU, motherboard, and other components. The primary budget is £1500, but it may change based on the advices. Thanks for all the help in advance.

I used to play in 1080p, so it would be more convenient to choose.

I will be building a new PC from scratch so everything will be included in the budget.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mGQrsh here's a quick list, you can basically cheap out on every single component listed here and save for a good 240hz monitor

cheaper and a tiny bit better with better value parts

I really liked this one. I was about to ask if spending that much money on a graphics card was worth it. Also, is this setup adequate to get more than 240 fps with that CPU since I am not very well-rounded with components.

i think you'd get upwards of 400 maybe 500 fps, also to be honest it would be way better to get a used 30 series gpu than a new 40 series one

It might not be very trustworthy to buy a second-hand GPU at this point for me but I'll definitely take it into consideration. Thanks!

Do you live in turkey or somewhere else in EU. I can make a pcpartpicker list based on the prices in ur country.

Some of the parts are cheaper on amazon but dont show up for some reason. You can go with a 1TB SSD and slower smaller ram kit but id recommend this for future proofing. Sligtly better PSU and GPU too if you can afford it. Used RAM and GPU will be worthwile tho imo but this a good starting point lmk if u have any questions.

I really liked this one as well as the one mentioned above. I am just wondering if the GPU would match perfectly with that CPU since I don’t have too much knowledge about it.

You can go as high as you want with the GPU, the CPU will never be the bottleneck. Try to get the best GPU you can. Nvidia 4070 and Radeon 7800xt is the bare minimum I'd go for tho and any higher spec GPU the better if you wanna play other titles esp AAA titles. If they're close in price you can take a look at Hardware unboxed Benchmark results for whichever games you are interested in to pick whichever offers more fps in those games. If it's just Val and other more GPU intensive games you can 100% spec down your CPU and get a better GPU. Maybe you can even go down to a DDR4 supported platform to save more if you dont care too much about long term future proofing.

check CEX if you're in the UK and try to find some deals there
I think people have already given you everything you need besides that info
cheers!
