Guys i'm new to gym i have going for the past 15 days and now I have ordered creatine, how do I take it should I do the loading phase of 20g for 5 days then ill do 3g from then or do I consistently take 3g which gives better results any gym bros here ??

Literally loading is not needed for 99 percent people, take daily no need to rush things, you also need to see how your body adapts to creatine, btw you bought creapure or micronised ?

that is creapure i guess, creapure is purest and causes less digestive issues
target your protein goals and once you continue to lift for 40-45 days start with fish oil (assuming you are indian) creatine whey and fish oil are the only supplement you will ever need, in india they recommend whole lot of crap like (l-arginine l carnatine cla bcaa ) they have 0 research only

when I started I went with 20g (4 scoops of 5g) a day for 5 days and then after that just one scoop of 5g a day. Just make sure you're drinking water consistently and staying hydrated

did it cause any digestive issues tho ? i drink 2.5L of water everyday + 1L of juices (banana shake and lemonade)

it might have been a coincidence but tbh I did have to use the bathroom right after a scoop every now and then. Overall though I didn't notice much change

no need to load it, just take it daily. Eat clean and all you need is protein powder and creatine (you don't even really need those just eat high protein foods). and water of course, drink lots of that. Follow this and you'll be jacked like me

I've been working out for years and taking creatine for awhile, I never loaded it and it's been perfectly fine for me. If you take too much at a time your body can't use it all efficiently. Same with protien powered that is why you don't take an insane amount

dont do allat, 5g a day.. minimum a gallon water a day does the trick.
