Eg tokyo (didn’t win but wasn’t even sure if demon1 was playing + it was a miracle they even made the playoffs for qualifying to this event)

Gen g Madrid
Zeta 3rd place (didn’t win but they were literally expected to be the worst team but ended third which is still a lot of prize money they weren’t expected to get)

Every other winner was pretty expected

In kickoff 68% of Pickems had rrq winning

I was one of 32% but many thought they weren’t winning even a play in team despite them obviously being one

was ACEND really an underdog? i mean most people probably didnt expect them to win champs but they won masters before so they were a pretty solid team.

Yeah people say it was a fluke all the time but it’s not even one of the best underdog stories. They were known to be good
