I work at night time as a programmer. My job is easy but require some amount of mental capacity and little to none physicality. I usually drink coffee to mentally focus at my job...

I really want to stay up today to watch both matches (which should be a banger)

Is at least 3 hours of sleep enough?

Update: Decided to skip PRX vs. GEN.G (sorry Apac fans') get some sleep and then wake to watch loud vs sentinel 👌 and go back to sleep again

no. I know these matches give a great vibe but if you really really want to watch one, skip the first game and get some sleep. Right now you might not feel your body being bit broken but that caffeine intake + lack of sleep will catch up at one point. Health > Val.

you could do it as a one off thing, you won't die from 3 hours of sleep.
It will feel terrible though.

It depends on the person sometimes but usually 3 hours of sleep feels atrocious, can't imagine working in that state. I'd recommend to skip one match

Obviously. Residents handle people's live with those sleep hours . Your code would be okay i guess .

Its one singular day so it shouldn't be much worry unless you can't complete your job well. Don't make this a habit though could definitely mess you up in the long run
