I have not really followed valorant in the last season, but now I look a the challengers competition starting in NA again and to my surprise it is 90% players that were already in the tier 2 scene for like the past 2 years or even longer. Are there no new talents coming through anymore or at a slower rate? Or is it the classic friends keeping friends in jobs
