Riot has equipment specifically for international events. Americas uses 360hz displays, but the international fleet is only 240hz. FNS talked about the difference last year as well I believe. I guess the PCs are also a decent bit worse.

EMEA production is actually incompetent, i remember seeing the setups of americas kick offs because it was sponsored by ibuypower and those pcs could easyly run 500 fps + i think its just those pcs that are trash
