Will the largest NA orgs poach more star players?

We've already seen Vanity get poached by C9(I know it's not confirmed but I'm 90% sure he's not going back to V1) and Yay get poached by Envy so do you think smaller Orgs like Rise, KCP, V1, Ghost ect. will continue to lose players to the biggest orgs in NA or will Vanity and Yay be the only ones for now? I'm really interested to see if players like Zellsis, wippie and Andersin will get signed by bigger NA orgs or if V1 and Darkzero will be able to keep them.

I feel like this is the way most competitive scenes eventually go. All the talent inevitably congregates under a few powerful brands.

But I'm hoping KCP and V1 remain relevant. They both should have the necessary funds (V1 is owned by the parent company of the Minnesota Vikings, and KCP has gotten some pretty massive sponsorships) but it's a matter of if they choose to continue investing heavily.

I didn't say they were small orgs but orgs like C9, 100T, TSM, Envy ect. are all much bigger and it must be hard for the smaller(not small orgs but just smaller) orgs to keep star players when the big orgs can afford much bigger contracts and to buy those player out

Then how did Sentinels buy out TenZ from C9? C9 is the world's largest org and Sentinels are relevant only in Valorant.

Because TenZ didn't want to play for C9... and clearly Sen are a bigger org than you think they are if they could afford to buy TenZ(as well as signing the rest of their roster at the start of Valorant including the OWL MVP)

Most of these t2 teams only have like 1 player with t1 potential so imo it shouldnt be a large problem seen as these teams will be able to find a new player seen as they are only t2

I feel like Nismo deserves a t1 team tbh like hes been playing so well aganist everyone hes played aganist so I would want to him to have a chance at the highest levels of competition.

all the small free teams are hoping to get signed as a whole, but if that doesnt happen poaching is the next best thing that can happen tbh. the players gets a massive salary compared to what they had been getting, more exposure, more fans cause bigger org. its very good for the individual (see keloqz, where he was and where he is now). but for the scene as a whole it may push more kids to grind it out hoping to get picked up. the t2 scene will be a disaster full of untrustworthy players being selfish.

This usually happens in esports, and usually there's like 1 region left still competitive. Just take CS:GO, the only good players in NA are in TL and EG, everybody else is just T50.
