bro just because the entire world was talking about it doesnt make it good, that actually means its bad. The majority of the human race are practically retarded, their brains are on autopilot. we refer to these people as "NPCs". I, an intellectual, enjoy things that aren't consumed by these npcs. Let's take art for example, Drake doesn't make music, it's called muzak, the sound produced were generated using an AI algorithm driven by the data of NPC consumers. It's not real art, it's not from his soul, it's a couple of billionaires in suits that have PHD's in consumer psychology that are utlizing the algorithm!
I mean, fortnite at its prime was a good game. It was "new" and user friendly. Didn't have little kids running around in the game like it does now.
To completely ignore that and just judge it off of what it is now is just ignorant. Most people that played fortnite for fun left when epic started to direct their focus and attention towards the younger audience + lack of a "real" competitive scene.
i personally prefer fortnite’s. in valorant you have to wait a few rounds to even get 8 ult points with sage to even res a teammate. with kayo you have to get like 6 or 7 ult points to even give your teammates the ability to res and even then they have to do it in the open. in apex legends you can res just as easily as fortnite but the movement aspects of that game make it hard to not get rushed by other teams whilst doing it. in fortnite however, you can build a nice 1 by 1 to protect your teammate while you res him.
