Drop everyone in G2 besides Trent. Leaf can go back to C9 or Tier2.
valyn is a great IGL and leaf is doing good on duelist. I think jonahp and neT is the problem. having moose (more experienced player) will help a lot and an older mature voice, along with another young goat in Verno.
