How do I get my stars back , I was at 4 starts and then again i did dumb things and now back to 0 stars and a cap of 40 mins for a post, I am now changed man who views society in a different view and has also started paying taxes...help me get my stars back

My cooldown has decreased significantly and is now 30 seconds

Me neither but from my understanding, it reduces the cooldown to post i believe 👍
