the truth is all of these regions are strong and have good teams.

deep regions with a lot of competition and good display of valorant

i think the reason why eu vs americas happens so much is because apac is so bad and not even worth discussing, so instead of arguing about how bad apac is (which everyones understands is true) we talk about something actually arguable

In a sense of rivalry? Like, maybe it's something more between USA and Europe. Normally here in South America the rivalry is more between neighbors. EX; Brazil x Argentina

Are we forgetting PRX went to grandfinals twice in international stages including last Champs? And DRX is always in playoffs despite falling short every time they still get 5th-6th in the world?

this is correct but it doesn't mean anything regarding OP's argument -- he's right that apart from DRX, PRX, and maybe/probably T1, the rest of the Pacific League is really weak compared to the other two regions' weak teams. Like, in a vacuum MIBR would comfortably 2-0 DFM as an example

I think what people mean by APAC being bad i the power rankings in APAC compared to other regions. PRX and DRX were at their own tier last year while other teams in americas/emea kept it competitive within their regions (lots of upsets, etc). this year seems like the first year where apac could be stronger together as a region but thats only 4 us to guess right now
