I wouldn't say that this gives the full picture. For example, for all we know, T1 could be the best team in the region with their current roster snd because PRX and DRX seem to have downgraded (when you look objectively). Also. DFM seems to have a slightly better roster this year, but because the base level of every team has gone up, they are still at the bottom of the leaderboard. Also, RRQ hasn't played against teams like zeta division or TS, so they could be better. When you look at the teams like this, it looks like nothing has changed, but there might be a lot going on within each of these 3 groups of teams, which is why pacific seems to have changed a lot. Also the groups were organised so that it would mimic last year's results and positions so I'm not surprised that the groups turned out like this at all.

the fact is that everything changed, but the Best teams still the best teams
the upper Mid teams still the upper mid teams
the low mid teams still the low mid teams
and the worst teams still the worst teams
even if RRQ is near to ZETA/TS/GEN.G, is still the same (RRQ was N°4 in LCQ)

Yeah I agree with that. It sounds like we are talking about the same thing, how despite many roster changes, the overall rankings of teams hasn't changed too much. But some teams might be better or worse than others, but not enough to significantly change their rankings in the league overall.

yeah that's it, other regions changed a lot in this terms
(TH/KC>FUT/GIA)
(G2>KRU) (MIBR>FUR)
meanwhile Pacific changed a lot the players/staffs/playstyle. but stills not enough to get over the best teams
