Riot banning system is fucked

I was banned for 2 weeks because my toxic teammates mass reported me and said to the enemy team to report me as well.I didnt say anything offensive towards the people that were flaming me and were saying that im trolling just because i was having a bad start,but still got banned due to mass reporting.I can easily prove that i wasnt trolling by the fact i ended up as being the team mvp,i was just having a bad start at the start of the game by going 0 7,which apparently provoked my teammates into targeting me.I tried sendind riot a support ticket,detailing what happened in the game and even showing screenshot proof of the conversation that mostly happened in text chat,but just 1 minute later riot responded with an automatic message saying that they wont do shit and theres nothing i can do about it,they didnt even bother looking into the actual situation,just straight up hit me with saying ,,unlucky" .Is there any way i can get in contact with a riot employee,because i know for sure the ban i received was unfair,and i just want to discuss this with someone that may be able to help

You have to respond to the automatic message to get a real person for your ticket. next time make screenshots of your chat when someone tries toi make your enemy team report you. they might do something against that person. note his id and #XXXXX too

Well thats the thing,i provided in my ticket screenshots of the entire conversation,and the automatic message i got wasnt the usual ,,we have updated your ticket" type automatic message,1 minute after i submitted my ticket riot responded with what was clearly an automatic message saying that i have been banned due to my behaviour and ,,At this moment, we cannot provide any additional details about the restriction."
Also they closed my ticket,so i cant write anything additional even if i tried

i think what he meant was doesnt matter what you put in the ticket you have to respond to the automated email for a real person to take the ticket and respond to it and then after he can see what happened to you

I just responded to the email,i hope you are right and i get to have an actual conversation with someone but honestly i doubt it,the first messsage i got made it clear that riot cant look into restriction bans

F. That';s why I hold no bars when someone flame me they would get the same amount of heat from me or if you just want to avoid the toxicity mute next time. This is an interesting story tho please do follow up if you get it solved

yeah even if i make an alt i cant instantly get to 200 elo immortal where im currently at on my main,only good solution would be to buy another account but still it sucks i have to get punished for doing nothing
