2 OCE Teams will play in LCQ NA, these two teams are decided based off of OCE's circuit points
Edit: The eight OCE teams that get a chance to qualify through the OCE Championship are decided by circuit points, with the top two teams qualifying for LCQ
This means that there will be 10 teams in the NA LCQ

There are several regions such as India and OCE which don't have a direct berth to Champions and thus must play in LCQ to earn their spot

how's the ping diff btw?

yeah, w/ the continued isolation of Australia, the OCE teams won't be able to travel to NA to compete from nearby so ping is gonna be a big issue. I believe ping to NA is like 150 which is unplayable so i'm interested to see what riot do...

The plan is/was to send the 2 OCE teams to NA for the duration of the LCQ. With the US opening up a bit it should be a bit easier, but depending on where the players are based (Most likely Melbourne and Sydney) the may not even be able to lave the country because COVID has just started feasting in Melbourne again + a more cases in Sydney as well

Since OCE and Korea have similar match times, I watch a lot of OCE valorant in between korean matches and can say that this is just wrong...
Exo Clan (Soniqs) have 3-0'd ORDER before and wildcard can't even consistently beat ORDER
Soniqs have been training in NA for months now and have stopped relying on just having better aim, like the rest of OCE

There is a reason Soniqs came to NA and not ORDER

That was back in December tho... The OCE scene is not stagnant and definitely has improved since. I bet if they have a rematch today it would be a close game.

At least soniqs practiced for months in NA, order or wildcard would shit the bed

While I do agree that Soniqs are definitely the best OCE team, I think ORDER would play them close. The level of play is increasing, just not at the level of the major regions.
