Should EMEA be relegated? (intellectual thread)

TL just got +24'd dicked down by Rossy who's fresh off of NA Tier 3, not Tier 2 even and was never a particularly standout player like Demon1. Will this finally be the start of Riot realizing that they've made a mistake with EMEA being their own region, when they should just merge with China? Its only downhill from here I fear.
