FNATIC would be a dynasty if it wasn’t for LOUD. they kept repeating the same shit over and over and teams couldn’t counter them. their only bad matchup is LOUD. if it wasn’t for LOUD, FNATIC would’ve won everything. they’re still strong for 2024 as their roster is the same, and i do think they would keep winning in a world without LOUD.

sadly for EU, Saadhak and Less exist, and they still play on the same team

loud just relies on heavy gun fights and contesting of a certain area of map more often tbh. This kind of playstyle just counters enough for a very structured and disciplined team like fnatic

flukyo was a very questionable tournament. fnatic's wins on prx and eg cannot be taken seriously since PRX had a sub and EG were scrimming with reformed instead of demon1.

fnatic have great coaching, they werent playing the same LOUD is just the complete counter to fnatic, its just a playstyle matchup theres no way fnatic can win against seasoned cuan and tuyz loud. They play punish val whereas fnatic play fundamental val its a direct counter. Fnatic actually brought a fair bit of new stuff too just a counterstrat at the fundamental level (mannerisms)

I don't think it's crazy to say that with how FNC were playing any of the teams in the top 3 could've beaten them. Remember PRX and EG are incredibly competent and structured. It's not just an insta win for FNC.

they are very good mechanically, except for Boaster, so i wouldn’t call them overrated in that aspect. in terms of tactics, though, they ended up getting stale, but they knew how to apply the fundamentals. predictable gameplay for LOUD, but final boss for every other team

chances are: FNATIC are still superior. but I don’t doubt aspas’ power of changing LEV completely, he’s bringing up not only mechanics but years game knowledge learned with Sacy and Saadhak, which is definitely being shared with his teammates
