How does a team get into T2?

Title and also since all these dumb threads are around can a GC team qualify to challengers? Or are they permanently locked into the gc circuit?

V1 competed but had only been together for like a week at that point.

through open qualifiers but only the orgs without an active vct team can do it (they cant have 2 teams in vct/vcl)

I'd assume they'll try again. No idea what happens if they qualify. But considering GC's events normally only last like a week they should be able to schedule around.
