This is literally holding teams back and preventing them from making money and teams are disbanding, This is the orgs fault and riot Only gonna go down hill!

1st two yes ( i assume when you say stickers/signatures you mean like, sprays and playercards?? gunbuddy type thing?)
i fail to see how a team loading screen ingame makes them money
