Where does Lakia fit in with VS?

Right now RB is on sova/skye so does Lakia replace RB? RB has been one of the best Korean players though so do you bench BuZz and put RB back on Jett? Do you move BuZz or someone else to smokes and bench MaKo? Obviously Lakia has to play(eventually) when they get their real starting 5 as well as stax since they are probably the 2 best players in the region. K1ng is the only real cypher/killjoy main on the team so I'm pretty sure he'll start as well but who would be the other 2 starters? Also they could try someone else like RB on cypher/killjpy or something but idk. Honestly, I think Rb would be the one Vision Strikers should bench but then again I haven't really been watching and I've only been looking at stats.

do you think people can only play 1 agent? Lakia might play kayo skye or even something else. playing sova isnt that complicated. you just need a few reveals thats it and if you are a good sova you can shock dart stuff without lineups anyway. as if every sova knows shock dart lineups for any position

When did I say he could only play sova? He is a top 3 sova player in the world though so putting him on smokes a duelist or on killjoy/cypher wouldn't make sense. I can definitely see him playing some kayo, skye and maybe breach though.

I don’t know enough about Korean Valorant to give any accurate insight. So I’m just gonna ask questions as it is something I’ve been thinking about.

But do you feel they’ll keep this 7 man roster? Will VS actually get rid of anyone or just bench people until they’re needed? I kind of hope they do eventually get rid of 2 players so they can be used to help make KR deeper in talent.

on the VS poster in matches you can only see 6 man. looks cringe but there is a 6 man picture on it. 6 man roster is fine i think but 7 never.

If you remove 2 members in the starting roster(stax, k1Ng, zest, Rb), they would lose all their circuit points.

Hmm, that is a very good point. Guess they could always wait till after Champions to drop 2 people. Something I'd love to see is make an academy team, but I doubt that would happen, just wishful thinking.

Well, hope it becomes clear soon what VS plan to do, whether that is go full 7 man roster. Drop a person go to a 6 man. Drop 2 people and go a normal 5 man team (I think eventually we will get to this point just who knows when). And my super unlikely but would love to see happen, hire 3 more players and form a Junior roster.

cant make academy teams because of riots rules if i remember correctly, thats why c9 korea was dropped and t1 academy and all those extra teams also vs used to have an academy team that was where lakia came from. dont quote me on that but im pretty sure that most of nuturn was just vs academy

I think they're dropping someone or using the Crazy Raccoon loophole where u just keep three of the original players but just bench them and then use new players.

Also, something to consider: buying your main opponent's best player makes it 10x easier to qual... not saying it's the only reason they bought Lakia, but it should be noted

i'm pretty sure vs will put him in during the later stages of challengers. it hasn't been that long since he was transferred and the teams that they have been facing aren't top teams. he has been streaming with stax, rb, and k1ng so i don't think they intend to keep him on the bench forever.
