VCT should create All-VCT First and Second Teams

Similar to many professional sports leagues such at the NBA in America, I think that the individual player comparisons/storylines are greatly enhanced by the presence of such accolades. It would expand and contextualize the GOAT discussion in very interesting ways. I would also just like a more tangible display of approval for exceptional individual consistency over the course of the year, a trait that should be of utmost value to players/orgs/val as a whole.

it's not rlly an all star team, all star teams are based more on player popularity bc of the way voting works. All-pro teams are more objective based on the skill of a player from the perspective of their peers, who are tbh more reliable than us at judging players
