Honest question

Why do you guys use the 'slots' argument to define the strength of a region? Do you prefer having 5 horrible teams competing and not winning anything, or a single good team that wins titles? What is more important? I can't believe I have to ask this question, there are so many ignorant people around here, my God.

Tbf it's not about what you prefer, ofc you prefer just 1 team winning it all.

But honestly, if you want to compare strengths of various regions, you can't just compare the top team and say oh this region is better.

EMEA still owns the rest of the world but yeah
