the marketing for champs and overall production for champs has been way worse than i expected
i thought it will be good cuz its LA with alot of people from the entertainment industry but its so bad

i was more excited for lock in and tokyo and even the regular leagues more than champions (maybe cuz of fnatic but overall marketing has been pretty bad considering its CHAMPIONS)

Tokyo also was bad , like champs
LOCKIN was way better than both these tournaments
Istanbul had 1.5 mil peak viewers and 60 mil hours watched . I doubt LA will even have 1.2 mil peak and 45 mil hours watched , which means even lockin was watched more . Only thing that can still make the viewership do a little decent is Loud doing insane comeback cause loud have the biggest fanbase , zeta too will help viewership but i highly doubt they will qualify , like 2% chance

Istanbul was FULL crowd event post-covid (Copenhagen partly crowd event). Anything covid/post covid event has inflated numbers. Now its just going normal. Also related to ZETA, JP fans take huge portion of viewers. Holding event in Americas timezone will have decrease pacific/JP viewership.

Yea true but 2 popular pacific teams are zeta and prx
Doesnt matter if zeta jp fans cant see it early morning because anyways zeta wont make it past groups
PRX are popular but unlike zeta have a diverse fanbase like not only fans from pacific , people outside too will watch
