There's so much to vod review for SEN but nothing for SQ so all T1 teams struggle cuz they got anti stratted so much while T1 teams have no vod to review on the T2 teams so they are going in blind... thats why most of these T2 teams will be a 1 and done cuz once thier matches get streamed it will be easy for teams to anti strat them

Cause they are playing smaller tournaments where they get better competition, when comparing to scrims. Also, they have time to iron out their strats in said tournaments.

Tier 2 teams play more games than tier 1 teams. Tier 2 plays in weeklys, monthlys, and all the VCT qualifiers. This is an horrible excuse. More like there are some tier 2 teams that are grinding hard af causing them to actually continually improve. Jest give credit where its deserved

It is really sad. As ShiningTyGuy said, just give them the credit they deserve. Do not be a cringe person coming up with excuses.

It is really interesting, when your favorite Tier 1 player, especially Tenz underperforms, you are already lining up with excuses. High ping/ covid vaccine, etc. But when a tier 2 team loses, you literally just shit on them... why would SEN or other T1 team would deserve special attention?

There are many professional CS/Soccer/Baseball/Tennis players who played with injuries and they didn't come up with shitty excuses or posted it before their match started. They literally accepted the loss/ win and moved on. That's a professional player integrity right there.

do you think that t2's being able to register for more tournaments provides an unfair advantage for them? like you said, they get more time to iron out flaws and get better competition instad of scrimming. And if so, should riot make it so t1 teams can also register for these tournaments?

IMO absolutely not. Those tournaments are to showcase/develop the tier 2 scene and players with the goal to have the players move their way up to tier 1. If tier 1 teams were allowed in it would somewhat hinder this development process. I do think teams like TSM should be allowed to compete. I think alot of tier 1 teams just underestimate tier 2 teams which ends up backfiring. But there are only a few tier 2 teams that seem to be grinding non-stop and putting the hours in, Soniqs being 1 of them
