i feel like my aim is getting worse even though im playing every day. i do a routine in the range for about 10m and do 2 deathmatch as my warm up. i used to be consistently gold 2-3 and now im just in silver losing to aim duels to bronze lobbies. should i death match more? how much death match should i play everyday?

I know, but there is limited action in matches and it's time consuming so kinda hard to improve without working on individual skills

won't game sensitivity have an effect on this since theyre different profiles?

Play CSGO deathmatch with deagle only?
since the hitbox is smaller it might make it harder but after being good with the deagle in CSGO your aim might be better in Valorant

I can think of two reasons why you are in this situation. First, you got tilted because the constantly losing, so I would recommend taking a time of Valorant. Second, your game sense isn't good enough to carry yourself until Gold, but enough for you to maintain the Rank. So, when you had a losing streak, you didn't have the skills to come back to Gold. In this case, I feel like you should focus on other aspects of the game besides aim because you already work more on your mechanics than most low Elo players, so your game sense should be the think holding you back.
