Barbie is depressingly funny

The fact the Kens represent girls in real life, and there were women of all ages rooting for the kens to lose the rights they tried to get, and cheering when the Barbie’s retook power … is depressingly funny.

Great movie overall, solid 7.5/10

The Ken’s represent ladies.

In the movie the Ken’s get a taste of power and go overboard when utilizing that power.

It’s ironic because I doubt the creators realized that they were basically saying the feminist movement is out of control and being too extreme.

Also the message of how Ken’s only worth came from being gazed by Barbie, and she neglected doing that, she quite literally neglected a shitty purpose put on him.
I also am sad that his hobbies don’t define him, basically at the end of the movie, all of his purposes are denied because he should just be himself…
But he is not offered any help or guidance
All of his hobbies and interests are denied and vilified during the Barbie takeover scene.
Barbie lost her house for 2 “days”
Ken lived a fucking horrible life since his creation and when he finally attained any purpose he got stripped of it
