there is no issue with keeping rossi on the roster...but the role which he is playing demands consistency/strong mental, he cant be feast or famine on duelist role....i just dont get it, how hard is it to learn sentinel role....he doesnt need to pop off in that role, no one would be expecting him to as well....i think that should be the approach going forward
also why did ayrin and bazzi swap roles on split (arguably their best map in regular season)...their style is not meant for double duelist...idk these stuff seem very obvious from outside, but i hope the coaching stuff figures this out soon enough, now that they have like almost 6 months off season

He has his occasional good games but overall played horribly throughout the season, LightningFast seems like the better choice for sentinel and may be able to learn more easily since he's younger. The role changes I'm guessing is to make it easier for AYRIN to call since he gets the info quicker this way, and ngl, they didn't do too bad. They probably would've won if they had a better jett.

7) GE management has some crazy obsession with Korean players and coaches so they are most likely to stay on team
8) so final conclusion is they ain't gonna make any Changes and we'll see GE posting "we will comeback stronger next year" next year too. 👍🏻

I would rather pick someone from fancy like yesican or naos who can play initiator role like sova/skye/fade. Ayrin goes to sentinel/2ndary controller, monyet looks good on controller, the new guy on primary initiator, with bazzi and texture on dualist/initiators like kay/o or sage. I still feel the core of texture, monyet and ayrin is pretty good. Bazzi will be much more comfortable in the new role too.

yh I was looking into YESicaN as an option but found that his agent pool didnt include as many initiators as n1zzys so I decided against it

Gemma was the only other person I could find who puts up the same amazing numbers as n1zzy while also having the same agent pool

i think it's better to stick with the roster (or make a small adjustments), or you can easily disband the team and make a full indian team. Surely, they're gonna get destroyed but it will help the local talent to pop off.

Viewership, India alone has more people than NA BRAZIL AND LATAM COMBINED. The potential is huge.
Improve Indian Valorant. Why do you think Riot lets china play in every masters? So they get the experience and have better teams to play against.

At this point if GE is just a full 5 man non Indian roster, whats the point? How will GE or should i say, Indian valorant ever improve? And where will the viewership come from?

Maybe. But like I said, this is not made to appease fans; its made to win trophies. If GE want to win, then I think that this is what they should do. Besides, LF is a part of the roster so there is still some semblance of representation in this roster.

We got Eraser out, so that’s a start. Skrossi is likely getting benched because I clearly remember GE owner after firing Eraser, said that we can’t take the franchise slot for granted and we will make more tough calls in the future.

Rossi isn’t the Prince of Indians Valorant anymore. His own fans are trolling him. His streams which used to average 4 5k people barely reaches 500 600. He doesn’t even touch a 1k. Even his youtube view counts have dropped.

I really liked your Idea about hiring the Scarz coach.

Ayrin is an average igl and an Average player. Bro got outclassed as an igl by fking flipz.

My opinion
(-)Ayrin + Krystal1 from Scarz as your secondary duelist and secondary igl. Is an amazing Raze player.

(-)Botssi + You can get plenty if main Igls from Apac who just needs proper guidance.

Plus Look at PRX, whole team igls and davai is the secondary caller. They don’t have a main caller just 5 people with great game sense
