Rrq only rep for indo in league never gonna actually rep indo and is doing poorly, good indo players seperate like monyet lmemore xffero and f0rsaken, boom not going up to pacific league. Is it doomed or is there still hope

As long as the T2 league of any sub -region is doing well the region wont be doomed. And Indo VCL did great this yr....with an exciting LAN to high viewership.
Also there is only 1 spot in Ascension so cant conclude if a region is bad if they dont win nd they got 3rd place which is alright

It honestly depend on the country's orgs if they would still keep pursuing or not. This can be said to any country whose team didn't manage to make it to franchising.

Only team that's dedicated on this is boom and AE currently since btr disbanded maybe in 2-3 years time one of them get pacific leagues. As for rrq only time could tell, but it seems ceo has set in stone the fact that they will have ph-id mix team, although the talents lying around in indo scene when onic disbanded and some boom players leaving team and other teams was pretty good.

Onic and BTR disbanding was really a huge hit on indo's valo scene. If things still doesn't change, more orgs will leave and will focus more on games that can guarantee them a T1 scene (specifically mobile games )

the best solution for the talent is simply learn english and sign for a good talent agency, let them play abroad.
indo as a region is pretty much doomed at this point.
