In the context of online gaming, a "client issue" refers to a problem or error that originates from the client-side of the game, meaning it arises from the player's end rather than the game server or network infrastructure. It implies that the source of the problem lies within the player's gaming device, software, or network connection.

When players encounter issues during an online game, such as lag, disconnections, or other gameplay-related problems, blaming it on a client issue suggests that the cause of the problem is within their own system rather than a server-side or network-related problem. These issues can occur due to a variety of reasons, including hardware or software limitations, network congestion, outdated drivers, or conflicts with other applications running on the player's device.

However, it's important to note that not all issues are necessarily client-related. Sometimes, server-side problems, network outages, or other external factors can also impact the gameplay experience. Determining whether an issue is caused by the client or another factor typically requires troubleshooting and analysis of various elements involved in the game's performance.

In the original case of Haven (XIA/ONE), it was them suddenly being kicked out of the server and returned back to the lobby mid-game.

In this one, it looks like the server DC'd.
