We've been begging for a replay system for 3 years, since the start of the games beta. And all they tell us is that "its in the works, it will be out soon!" And so we wait and wither away.
Now we can finally see the clear bias and favouritism Riot has for the chinese region by releasing the replay system there before the rest of the world. Classic tencent dogs
