Team Chemistry > Induvial Talent 100%. Having a team with correct roles, who are all friends and have played together for a long time is much better than bringing in an expensive cracked player. You can see a few examples of this in the t1 and t2 scene. For example, you can see this in DSG and MXM. DSG had a decent roster who had been practicing with each other for months, and because of mediocre performance for playoffs their coach decided something needed to change and then they brought in the best player in 2022 and dropped their IGL (they ended up going 0-11 in games). On the other hand MXM, a team who had been together for the first split who didn't really have too cracked of players made a deep run into the second split and almost qualified for ascension. I think coaches need to realize that as long as they prepare and they have a good team chemistry, you can pretty much accomplish anything the team just needs to adapt and stay together for more than 3 weeks. ORGS can't just buy out a cracked player and force them into a role they don't fit well in, it can work but most of the time you need a team with a solid foundation and chemistry. You can't just pick up yayster and expect him to drop 50 kills a map and 1v5.
