as title has anyone found a way to find your sensitivity rather than just copying somebodys

iv tried a fair few methods hole in wall strafing
aim labs gridshot now the valorant headshot and microshot....

the valorant hard bot

but i always find i cant perform with a higher sens on microflex but then the microshot sens is hard to use with the val bots

hope that makes sense and cheers in advance

I personally started from low sens, but I changed it to high sens bcs, It is better for VALORANT imo (due to elevation changes and stuff like)

my eDpi is now 240 and my old one is 144

I have played with this sens for 2 months and I am way better than with low sens

There was a book published several years ago about a FPS player who studies this in-depth. Sadly I lost the PDF but when I was obssessed with finding the perfect sens the rule of the thumb was one stride across the mousepad can get u 180 degree spin then increase or decrease ur sens according to your comfort from there

cheers guys im kinda thinking of just grabbing a higher 1 and sticking to it hoping that i get used to it so then i have the bonus if i can become more consistent with the aim i can turn quickly if needed aswell (which is the problem i get with low sens)
