I see sooo many people hating rob moore for cutting players like shaz, dapr, coaches dephh and things every day, and you guys sit here and say “ hes not patient and wants immediate results “ and shit; but you guys fails to realize that esports is a business. and If your business is failing why not try to make change to make it better, you have to understand maybe not the first change ir 2nd change will work, but if your failing why keep the same team thats just failing you?

I doubt benching tenz was his decision, but sykko was literally there for “ mental coach “ while kaplan and drew did the real work, and i mean cmon now dephhs calling is shit and he can’t shoot a standing target, so with these last 2 games theyll just let someone else take over

No org owner wants that yes but you don't change the roster of the team just because they are not winning. Team needs time to work well together. Right now Rob More's role in this team is basically "Ok let me take out TenZ and put Marved in" loses "Fvck it didn't work, let me try taking out Dephh and put TenZ back in, Kaplan make this work" and expect good result.

It's more like lack of belief that the chosen set of players could acheive what he wants. FUT have 4/5 players from 2021 they stuck together and now they are going to make playoffs(not a huge ref but you get the point). The core needs to be there for the success. Sen deserve hate for all their cockyness in 2021.

idk too much about FUT, bur i get where you’re coming from, but im pretty sure rob moore droped the bag on these players so if they aren’t performing you gotta get his point “ why am i paying players that are below average in there position “ im sure they will keep a core for next season , Most likely Zekken, Sacy and pancada and make another run next year
