why do i always see sentinel players playing viper? shouldn't the flex player be playing viper if it's a double controller comp?

which sentinel player is playing viper in a double controller comp? also viper plays way more like a sentinel than a controller, so it makes sense for sentinel players to flex to viper

it's a lurk agent on T side and she has enough utility to stall pushes so usually anchors weak side on defense.
