Remove Sacy, Dephh and Pancada. Get a good IGL (idk any good NA IGL) Roster will be:
TenZ, Marved, Sick, Zekken and IGL. Hire ShahZam as head coach. Maybe Shahz can find an IGL that will work with him. Thoughts?

They are both really good players. But if Mistic is available, why not take him?

They will get a top tier player that can take all the aim duels. Trent & Valyn can be still on the team. Maybe Nismo & Koalanoob too

i dont think imports will work in NA. Sacy is good but its tough for the guys to adjust with the cultural differences and it seems most of the time they are too nice to each other. Sometimes it is important to shout/be mad at each other to work together as a team.

The real fix is hiring a competent person in the director of esports role. They had a manager, then hired syyko to build a roster. Who even is their president of esports or GM now?
