Medical drugs + drinking can bring mental/emotional instability, and he probably also took some weed as well. Mental illness is also influenced from emotional pain and traumas which goes to the neuros.

I don't think the full story is publicly known. Back in Brazil some shit went down, and he started going into some sort of mental health crisis. It ended with him being arrested. He's been out of jail for awhile, today he posted a picture of a bunch of weed on twitter, along a bunch of strange/non-sensical tweets. Now he is streaming, and appears to be highly intoxicated. He's currently on the phone with Shaz (has been a long phone call already).

People in chat are implying he did more than smoke weed. I think that seems likely, imo he seems drunk and stoned, but it doesn't really matter.

Hope the guy is doing ok and gets any help he needs.
