1 reason why One Piece isn’t the best anime (big reason):

1 chapter per episode.

At least animes like Naruto/Bleach have filler episodes, so you can just skip them. One Piece just makes every episode canon with dogshit pacing. I am willing to accept that the One Piece manga is the best or whatever, but One Piece’s anime is shit tier
