The problem with Breach is that you get full Flash always. Sky flashes for example almost don't flash you mostly. It's literally not possible to dodge Breach Flash since it somehow flashes you completely always.

? breach flash follows the exact same logic as skye flash.

You just tend to get a bit more reaction time to skye cause most people arent as effective as using her flash. There's more of a skill ceiling than breach

There's some Rioters that said they trying to make something to nerf the velocity of Breach's Flashes, cuz that's almost impossible to dodge them.
