100T issue

the whole team is too concerned with kill death ratio, especially cryocells. he reads all the criticism and thinks "Oh, i'll just play more safe so that my stats are better, so i dont get shit on by the community"
this means everyone starts baiting each other like it's ranked, their spacing is ass, mental in the gutters, team is doomed. cryo has no confidence that is needed from a duelist

I mean he have the skills to do so but
Idk what’s happening behind the scenes lets just hope whole team bounces back am still supporting them

As a duelist if you are more concerned about kda than acs then its actually fked up

unfortunately valorant viewers are too pee brained to realize that stats are not everything and that having poor stats doesnt mean they played bad and having good stats also doesnt always mean someone played well. they then put pressure on players to have better stats which then just leads to them playing as individuals instead of as a team
i honestly think some orgs would benefit by hiring a psychologist to help their players deal with stress and pressure

when they had sean they went off of pre set plays for each round. After he left they been going towards more mid rounding bc stellar is more comfortable. Stellar has been fragging but his calls have been god awful. Because hes not making good calls, the rest of the team are not in good positions to frag or to win rounds.
