Dude there is nothing that prevents female teams competing in the open circuit. Some teams actually compete but one never qualified for next phases

version 1 (mel florescent sarahcat alexis noia) played in the challengers league quals but got eliminated in open qualifiers.
so yes they are allowed to play but no they did not qualify for challengers league.
