I was looking around a few threads and saw that people wanted C9 to build the roster “around” yay

Even if that can possibly work, how do you drop players that you already have rather than picking up a new player and dropping yay.

Like even if working around asuna did work for 100t, C9 has crazy chemistry within it’s core and they have been one of the best teams in North America.

I don’t think they have the liberty to work around yay from the perspective of time or of the players, there is literally no good F/As in North america that are not playing for A franchised team or competing in ascension.

This decision does look weird but it will work out like 100T -Steel did

Is the bar that low for you man? Reaching Champs through LCQ? Those guys chose to get Curry as well just like they chose to get yay and zellsis. Hard to say I trust them.

A 100t fan is not talking about the bar being low lmfao, your team drops players like they’re dominoes bro, randomly dropping steel, dropping babyj and their import ec1s for 1 bad match, dropping their entire roster for rebuilding it again, and dropping mike for cryo. THE ONE GOOD CHANGE IS DROPPING MIKE FOR CRYO HERE. So many contracts made and terminated for Just an Lcq win and a 5th-8th position in a bo3 kickoff tourney

I never mentioned 100T, but go off, I guess. Bar is definitely low for us, but that doesn't mean it isn't for C9. You just spewed out a bunch of nothing that did nothing to this conversation.

I mean looking at achievements we can’t say anything- None of the teams other than Sentinels and Optic have won a permissible trophy, And The last tournament was 8 months ago- and they had been playing with curry and mitch. The “crazy” chemistry i’m talking about comes from The chaos core + zellsis and vanity playing together, they basically have been playing in a team for way too long and understand each other way better than anyone else.
