players who are under 18 but competed in VCT Masters, Champs or LCQ last year (Alfajer, cauanzin, etc.) are allowed according to riot

They do it bc the players have to move and riot has run into issues with league in the past

he was playing pretty well for oxygen (academy) before the whole franchising thing happened so i would not be surprised if he becomes a great player
