valorant crash on startup

since last few months, the game started crashing for me on startup. first time it happened was late november, early december. i couldnt fix it so i just gave up. then in late december i uninstalled and it seemed to help but then after a few days it just crashed and it would again crash on startup (i just hear an error sound and the game doesnt launch).
is this happening to anyone else and if yes is there a fix?

Did you upgrade your pc parts or replace it? I had the same problem when I upgraded my RAM and SSD.

i upgraded my ram but this was in like july 2022. it only started happening after an update in november/december. too late though, as i have already uninstalled it.

Have you tried reinstalling Riot client vanguard and stuff? It can also happen If GPU drivers are not updated or If you have some weirdass settings on Nvidia control panel.

ye, i thought it would be due to drivers aswell and last time i uninstalled it, updated the drivers but as u can see it still happened. im currently waiting for it to download nad hopefully it will just fix it on its own but if it doesnt, idk, maybe its a sign of god.

sure the game crashes if u click something while loading or if u change graphics settings in game but literally out of nowhere this game wont even launch. amazing.

yea i remember csgo stopped registering my keyboard midgame, it launches first then that shit happens while val just wont let u launch lmao

go to your command prompt (administrator)
type slmgr /dlv
you'll get a popup, whats the series of numbers at the top of the list for you?

edit: different problem apparentally
