NRG are going to absolutely shit the bed this year. They lost the 2 best Optic players and the weaknesses with Crashies and Victor are gonna show. Ardiis is fairly close to yay but som is not good enough of a replacement for Marved and they're gonna struggle very hard at the beginning. Maybe they'll improve as the season goes on but I'm not expecting much.

I think it all is gonna depend on how s0m performs. Btw is he good? He hasnt played for a notable team on val.

NRG besides ardiis has very great synergy and with chamber meta now gone ardiis kinda gets an edge considering his agent pool is a mix of jett + kayo and not just sticking to chamber like yay. In short, we will actually see them do really well, s0m is a good controller, not the best but he does have potential, FNS, crashies and victor are good and ardiis will be the main spearhead of this team.

NRG was always on the verge of of being good but never there yet.
Imagine like LDNUTD or BIG
And he was the star duelist for NRG prior to him in smokes so we'll see how it fares

i agree with the s0m take but crashies and victor are very good players and fns is a very good igl, it depends on how well their comms and teamwork mesh. yay had a lot of impact on his own on chamber (based off of individual talent) but he was allowed to shine more on envy/optic than his previous teams because envy/optic set him up for good plays as well. that could very well be the case for ardiis.

tl;dr it's likely they could be shit but i wouldn't rule them out just yet
